The Hillgate Village Residents' Association grew out of the concern for the preservation of the colourful Victorian terraced cottages.

The area is in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and in planning terms is a conservation area. Its unique character is loved both by the residents and also by the many many tourists who visit and admire it every day.

Newcombe house planning application rejected

Many thanks to everyone that attended the Planning Committee meeting on 31st January.

9 on the decision-making committee voted against the application with 2 in favour so the application was rejected.

The next step is for the Mayor of London to decide whether to take over the decision on this application.

Thank you so much for your support,

The HVRA Committee

Hillgate Village Residents' Association AGM - THANK YOU!
